June 26th (Week 4)

Who is going to push through these next couple of weeks.  I’ve seen some big changes in people.  If you haven’t seen much of a  change keep chugging along, everyone is different and will change at different rates.

June 24th (Week 4)

If you are not seeing the progress with weight loss that you want to here are a few tricks for the last 3 weeks.

Stay between 50-100g of Carbs

Take a long walks a week on top of your CrossFit workouts

Increase veggies and decrease fruit

Try Intermittent fasting (Actually Extremely Healthy)  Skip a meal once in a while. (Just make sure it doesn’t cause you to over-eat later!

June 23rd (Week 4)

Garlic Bacon Asparagus

• 4 slices raw turkey bacon – chopped • 1 lb asparagus • 4 cloves garlic – minced • 1 T chopped parsley

• Pepper to taste

In a sauté pan over medium heat, fry bacon for 2 minutes. Break tough ends off asparagus and add to pan, along with garlic and parsley; cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes, or until asparagus is tender. Season with pepper. Serves 2-4.

June 21st (Week 4)



4 lbs grassfed ground beef
Chopped celery and onions
5 whole eggs
1 cup almond meal
Dried oregano, sea salt, cracked black pepper, cayenne pepper


Use you hands to form into large meatballs.
If you using a pan, place them in a pan with olive and cook till done.
Or place in pyrex dish at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
Or cover bottom of crock pot and cook till done.

For the sauce mix:

1 16 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 can of tomato paste
Large handful of fresh basil
Chopped garlic cloves
Pinch of sea salt
Cracked black pepper


If cooking by pan then once the meatballs are cooked cover with sauce.
If cooking in the oven or crock pot cover with sauce and cook till done.
