    Tried this combo today and it was actually pretty good:

    lettuce
    tomato
    sunflower seeds (unsalted of course)
    sprinkle a few (4-5) drops of lemon juice on top as
    the dressing

    Breakfast: Spinach Omlete: 4 Eggs, 1 cup of spinach

    After WOD: Protein Shake: Blueberries (1cup), Avocado (1/2), Max Pro (1scoop), water

    Lunch: Grilled Chicken (3oz), Onions (slices), Spinach (2cups)

    Snack: Protein Shake: Blueberries (1cup), Avocado (1/2), Max Pro (1scoop), water

    Dinner: Grilled Chicken Salad: Egg (1), Medium Tomatoes (2), Onions (slices), Chicken (3oz), Lettuce.

    Drank water and coffee throughout the day.

    About the coffee. I usually drink it with skim milk, however, today I drank it straight and that wasn’t so tastey. So what would be recommended? Some paleo sites listed Almond milk?

    BF: 3 eggs with green pepper, brocoli and pepper. Green Shake (spinach, green apple, kiwi, mango and banana, water)
    Lunch: Mix salad, brocolli, carrot, almonds. olive oil and lemon dressing
    Snack: Almonds and apple
    Dinner: Cod with lemon, lime and orange juice, garlic and cayenne pepper. Asparagus.
    Dessert: peppermint tea

    I know, it is early to post my food journal – but it seems to be helping me.

    BF: 3 eggs, brocoli, green pepper. Green Shake
    Lunch: Mix salad, carrots, unsalted sunflower seeds. 2 little oranges
    Snack: Almonds and more oranges
    Dinner: Ham and cheesey potatos. We had dinner at my mother in law’s and I had to choose my battles (I also had to eat). and it seemed more important NOT to eat the Marshmallow salad (for obvious reasons – marshmallows seem like a disqualifier for a salad) and Chocolate Chip cookies.

    Breakfast: Banana with Paleo trail mix (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, toasted coconut, cranberry, raisins, sliced almonds)

    Snack: orange

    Lunch: Chicken Lettuce Wrap

    Snack: lara bar

    Dinner: Chicken Lettuce Wrap and trail mix
