July 7th (Week 6)

So the posts I thought I was doing from my phone were apparently not working!  My Bad!! Last 2 weeks everyone!  I’m seeing some big changes in some in the gym.

    Then the flu kicked in
    Rest of the day: about 6 crackers

    July 7th
    Breakfast: Still dealing with the flu
    Lunch: 2 turkey burgers, 2 eggs
    Dinner: Subway spinach salad with double chicken breast, peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, pickles, vinegar, and oil

    l: 1/2c sun flower and pumpkin seed mix, 1/2c salsa and 6 egg(2 yolks) omlette w/ 1/2c spinach and garlic

    d: 2 pcs of meatloaf 1 tukey w/ bacon and one hamburger

    This is where it gets bad 🙂
    5) venison chili….lots of it
    desert= 85%cocao mixed with equal amount of coconut butter….had a few piecies of those
    wine……I really am a wino!!! 🙂 Love a good cabernet!

    Dinner: Applebees chicken breast, broccoli, cucumbers, and carrots, also 5 buffalo wings
