June 26th (Week 4)

Who is going to push through these next couple of weeks.  I’ve seen some big changes in people.  If you haven’t seen much of a  change keep chugging along, everyone is different and will change at different rates.

What is the thing you hate about Primal eating?

    This time I really am not hating anything about eating primal. May

    B – Rio Grande Skillet w/ Fruit & Sausage (did my best to not eat the potatoes)
    S/L – Beef Jerky, Banana, Nut Mix (made by Ms. Brown)
    D – 3 Eggs (over medium), 3-4 Blueberry Paleo Pancakes
    S – Chicken Lettuce Wraps (Exotic Thai)

    Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with mushrooms, small bowl of strawberries and blueberries
    Lunch: Fruit protein shake
    Snack: a peach
    Dinner: Grilled salmon and asparagus
    Snack: Three small paleo dark chocolate chip cookies

    Water all day.

    Summer Sausage
    Grapes, raw
    Olives, green, stuffed
    Peppers, jalapeno, raw

    M1- scrambled eggs, 3 links of sausage, 3 pieces of bacon
    M2- handfull of almonds
    M3- Raw veggies- carrots, brocoli, cauliflower, handfull of grapes
    M4- Dinner @ Outback- Seared Ahi tuna, grilled salmon, steamed veggies

    S- Cashew butter and banana
    L- Huge whole foods salad
    S- Cashew butter and apple
    D- Fasted

    Lunch:beef pizza…oops!
    Dinner: Fajitas from Azteca (steak, chicken, shrimp, green peppers, onions, tomatoes) chips and beans…oops!
    Snack: 5 bites of oreo icecream…oops!
    Overall worst day of my paleo eating. Drank water all day.

    The thing I dislike about eating paleo is the time. I need to prepare everything before hand and take it to work with me. Otherwise, I love the food.

    Breakfast: 3 egg scramble with ground turkey, squash, jalapenos, onion, and red pepper
    Post-WOD: protein shake
    Lunch: 4 pineapple brats
    Dinner: Taco Salad from Kelly’s
    Late Night: Steak and Shake Jalapeno Burger, fries, and a shake (birthday celebration)
