    Snack- Apple and almonds
    Lunch- 2 Chicken Sausage with raspberries
    Snack- larabar
    Dinner- Chicken with spinach- cauliflower rice

    B: Greek Yogurt w/ rasp, and honey
    L: Salad w/chix, pecans, grapes, olive oil, watermelon
    D: Pork chop, asparagus, and summer squash

    L – left over mac n cheese, olives, and carrots
    D – grilled chicken and broccoli
    S – last Paleo brownie

    water, dp, and a beer after cleaning the basement (my kids have way toooo much stuff)
    Felt bad all day.

    Vacation ends tomorrow..I bet I’ve gained 5 pounds…UGH!!

    S – Banana, Grapes, Paleo Ice Cream, Sliver of Dark Chocolate
    D – Naked Burrito (no rice, no beans) Fajita Veggies, Quac & Salsa

    M4- 2 hamburger patties
    M5- 2- 5 oz. grilled tuna steaks, 1 hamburger pattie

    Breakfast -3 eggs, 2 bacon & 2 Sausage
       
    Lunch – Hy-Vee salad bar
      
    Dinner – Steak bowl with vegies, salsa and quac.

    l: 1c sweet potatoes
    s: 1/3c sun flower seeds

    L- Grilled chicken Garden salad from chick-fil-a
    D- Tacos….without the shell or cheese 😦
    Snack- Grapes, Coffee, almonds, & a scoop of viking pride whiteys ice cream! Its hard to resist when everyone around you has ice cream

    Breakfast:slept through it
    Lunch: a bag of popcorn at the car dealership
    Dinner: two sausages
    snack: handful of grapes

    Not very paleo today. I drank wanter all day. I was tempted to have a fresh mango margarita but decided against it.

    Breakfast: Turkey Mix-up with squash, green pepper, jalapenos, and red onions
    Post-WOD: protein shake
    Afternoon Snack: steamed veggies (brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), 3 egg whites
    Dinner: deer steak, chicken breast

    L: 2 bites pork chop, grapes, handful of white cheddar popcorn
    S: terra chips,
    D: Salmon, grilled asparagus and summer squash (I gave in and had 2 glass of red wine)
    S: Watermelon

    Lunch: lettuce wrap (lettuce, tomato, turkey, roast beef)
    Post WOD: protein shake
    Dinner: 14 oz prime rib with mixed vegetables and asparagus

    Water to drink all day

    snack: handful of almond, cashew, and cranberry mix
    Lunch: lettuce wrap with roast beef, turkey, tomato, sprouts
    post WOD protein shake with fruit
    Dinner: salmon with asparagus and broccoli
    drank water all day, 1 glass of almond milk

    L: spinach salad with chicken, broccoli and cauliflower, strawberries, tbs olive oil
    S1: apple, almonds
    D: tuna stir fry with broccoli, cauliflower, onion, olive oil, soy sauce
    S2: cottage cheese, blueberries/raspberries
