Paleo Challenge Ending

Hey Guys I’m not going to post any  more Food Logs cause the challenge is basically over.  You have today and tomorrow to take your after pictures.

Remember Saturday Night at 6pm is our Paleo Ending Bash!! It’s going to be a lot of fun. Everyone bring their best Paleo dish to pass.

    Day 1 🙂

    Water all day
    B- 1 pint kombucha, 2c. watermelon, 3 (mini muffin size) quiche
    S – larabar
    L- 1c lettuce, 1c spinach 2tbsp peas, 2 tbsp green peppers, 1/2c. chix, balsamic vinegarette and oil
    s- 1 scoop protein powder, 1.5 c watermelon
    d – 2 c mix greens, 1 c chix, 1/2c mix fruit (includes strawberries, blueberries, pineapple) 1.5 c watermelon
    s – 2 paleo chocolate chip cookies (celebrating friends bday)
