    Post WOD protien shake

    Lunch:
    2 eggs (hardboiled)
    Spinich wrap w/ lettuce, tomatoes, turkey
    Grapes
    Baby carrots

    Dinner:
    Post WOD apple

    d-pork chop 1/2 piece steak veggies

    snack: coffee and applesauce
    lunch: carrots, chicken breast, mixed nuts
    snack: beef jerky and some grape juice
    post workout protein shake
    dinner: 7 buffalo wings with some asparagus, coffee and a water

    lunch: spinach, cucumber, broccoli, egg, vinager and oil. larabar

    snack: trailmix

    dinner: paleo meatloaf and asparagus, grapes.

    L: Coffe w/ cream and a fruit bowl

    D: Ham salad with just the top of this chicken casserole. wasn’t paleo but its all there was. and a banana.

    Water all day
