    B – protein shake
    L – turkey sausage links, eggs, coffee, fruit
    D – ground beef and salsa in lettuce cups
    snack – fruit and protein shake

    Baby Carrots
    Almonds
    1 Orange

    Dinner:
    Chicken satuee’d w/ some onions
    Lima beans (at least they are green)

    snacks: paleo chocolate chip cookies. so good I wanted to cry

    dinner: ribeye steak with mushrooms and onions, cauliflower salad and asparagus.

    snack: almonds and a few grapes

    dinner: delicious paleo meatloaf and leftover cauliflower salad.
