Brunch: eggs, tomatos and tea
snacks: paleo chocolate chip cookies. so good I wanted to cry
dinner: ribeye steak with mushrooms and onions, cauliflower salad and asparagus.
breakfast: two eggs and some turkey bacon. Protein shake
snack: coffee, mixed nuts
lunch: apple sauce, 3 hardboiled eggs, and some carrots
snack: trail mix
dinner: grilled chicken salad, avocado, carrots and some chalula
l-chicken quacamole green peppers
apple with almond butter
turkey, spinach, carrots
salad with chicken, beets, carrots, avocado, and mushroons
Lunch: snacked on cauliflower, watermelon, and cantaloupe
preworkout protein shake
postworkout protein shake
b – fruit, 1 hard boiled egg
l – 2 hard boiled eggs, cauliflower and celery with salsa, ham
snack – apple
d – shrimp, green beans, salad
snack – protein shake
BF: Fruit Salad with nuts
lunch: spinach salad with cucumbers, broccoli, tomatoes, egg, lime and lemon
snack: almonds and a few grapes
dinner: delicious paleo meatloaf and leftover cauliflower salad.

greenshell mussels in marinara sauce, side salad
cacao coconut snacks, banana

bobby lunch: salad with chicken breast, mixed veggies, ranch, chili
angela lunch: turkey/roast beef sub (no cheese) and tomato soup

angela snack: strawberries, kiwi

S: Orange, nuts
L: Crispy cod (paleo style) with corn and peas. Had raisins as a “desert”
D: Chicken, broccoli, cauliflower
