    Dinner: Chicken and Egg Salad with a fruit cup

    Sticking to paleo is getting harder! Need to figure out more variety.

    L: fasted

    D: Meatballs, and a “salad” (tom, carrots, turkey, cheese)

    S: Apple and dark chocolate.

    post-workout: larabar
    lunch: fruit salad
    snack: paleo coconut muffins and some carrots
    dinner: meatballs and raw veggies (broccoli, carrots, tomatoes and pea pods.
