    hello friday.

    B: 2 sausage links and 4 eggs scrambled with veggies/ham, baanna and coffee w cream

    L: Turkey/egg salad w 2 scrambed eggs and veggies with humus on the side, melon

    munched on a few non-paleos (i.e. granola..)

    D: friends parents took us to a really night restaurant..fortunately was able to stay paleo except for the sauce my salmon was cooked in..and a side of steamed veggies

    S: ummm its friday night. *cheesecake and chocolate*
