    B: Three eggs scrambled with veggies and ham, 1/2 grapefuit and a small cup of coffee w/ cream

    S: sugar free vanilla chai with WATER and it didnt taste half bad

    L: Chicken, green beans, carrots, side salad w/ turkey/bacon bits, tom, spin/lettuce, cuc, bell pepper and humus

    S: 2/3 of a pear

    D: Turkey salad w spin/lett, tom, cuc, onions, jalapenos, bell pepper, oil/pepper, and humus.

    Water all day.

    Breakfast: two eggs with turkey bacon
    Snack: apple, coffee, and some mixed nuts
    Lunch: Exotic Thai, Chicken with mixed veggies
    Snack: Dried bananas and a Lara bar
    Dinner: turkey burger and some veggies (broccoli, cauliflower)
    Some wine to top off the night

    BF: Fruit Salad with walnuts

    Lunch: pumpkin curry, asian slaw, hot and sour soup. 2 pieces of dark chocolate

    dinner: buffalo patty with mushrooms and tomatoes, spinach salad with broccoli, cucumber and cauliflower.

    L: Shrimp, salmon, and some chicken with lots of broccoli at TGI Fridays
    S: trail mix
    Meal: Unbreaded tenderloin with just lettuce and pickle, applesauce, and some cottage cheese
    D: Turkey breast with 3 eggs over easy

    Snack: Banana and some peanut m&m’s
    Dinner: Turkey burger with okra and blueberries

    The craving for chocolate is strong this week! Killing me
