    Dinner:
    4 egg scramble w/ tomatoes and onions
    1 orange

    L: 2 scrambled eggs, diced chicken, green beans. side salad w spin/lett turkey ham/bacon bits, tom, carrots, little humus.

    S: Ham side salad and a little chocolate

    D: A banana, 3 kiwi and an energy bar

    Water all day

      dinner: steak 8 oz NY strip, shrimp, shrimp-sauce (paleo approved), spniach salad with walnuts, sun-dried tomatos.

    L: Subway spinach salad with 2 chicken breasts, black olives, and sweet onion sauce (monumental for me)
    S: grapes, carrots, strawberries
    S: Turkey meat, trail mix
    D: 2.5 pieces of paleo meatloaf, veggie medley of corn, peas, carrots, green beans
    Dessert: mini strawberry muffin (not paleo)

    oops, just realized that I posted what I had on the 17th under the 18th…so this is what I had on the 18th then…

    breakfast
    fruit smoothie with avocado and walnuts on the side

    lunch
    cold pork chop with a lot of spinach salad with blueberries and a small steamed sweet potato

    dinner
    primal jambalaya (I ate two big bowls, it’s so good!)

    snacks
    apple, larabar, plums
