B: 3 eggs scrambled w veggies and ham. cantaloupe and 1/2 grapefruit. 1/2 “french waffle” (it was sausage and egg in a tortilla basically) and 2 scones- not a very paleo breakfast 😦 and my stomach felt it afterwards…
L: felt crummy after the bfast so I fasted lunch but snacked on fruit till dinner…another 1/2 grapefruit and a fruit bowl (melon, grapes, strawberries etc)
D: Pork, squash casserole (had a breading), a few meatballs, carrots and a side salad (spin/lett, turkey/bacon bits, tom, cuc) pepper
Water all day and 1 coffee w/ cream.

Turkey meatballs sautee’d with bell peppers and tomatoes
Paleo honey apple coleslaw (oof of Sisson’s site…delicious!)
Lunch: 2 Eggs, cucumber slices, blueberries
Snack: Deli Ham, cucumber slices
Dinner: Salad (eggs, grapes, tomatoes, onions, spinach, mushrooms) and LOTS of fruit
Snack: Coconut milk blueberry Banana Shake

2- ground turkey w/ peppers, jalepeno, onion in a lettuce wrap
4-lite paleo pancake
5-salmon steak, veggies, pineapple
s-honey dew melon

taco salad (lettuce, hamburger, onion, tomato)
Water all day.
B:Yougart with raspberries
S: 2 hard boiled eggs, apple
L: salad w/ onion, mand oranges, sliced almonds, chix
D: 1/2 pork chop, corn

l – beef jerky, walnuts, veggies with salsa
snack – beef jerky, walnuts, apple
dinner – chicken with organic marinara sauce, green beans, banana, walnuts
breakfast: two eggs with turkey bacon. protein shake
snack: coffee and an apple
lunch: salad with turkey and some italian dressing with some apple sauce
snack: carrots and mixed nuts
post workout protein shake
dinner: steak, cauliflower, and broccoli
pre-workout: protein shake
bf: fruit salad with nuts
lunch: salad: spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, tomato, cucumber, lime.
dinner: I had to be a judge at the Rajun Cajun Fest. So let’s just say, I did not eat paleo for dinner.

D: Tilapia, green beans, broccoli, carrots
S: nuts, half a raspberry frozen yogurt from Whitey’s
man i didn’t realize i cheated so many times!
bf – apple/coffe
lunch – herb salad with walnuts, tomotoes, sun-dried tomatoes, couples slices of orange
dinner – cheat meal – pizza
bobby: forgot – had avacado on my salad at lunch.
