    Lunch: Chicken and artichoke salad
    Snack: Banana
    Dinner: Paleo Soup
    Snack: Trail Mix (did have some peanuts in it)

    Pre-workout: small green apple
    Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, banana, 1oz pecans, small apple
    lunch: 2 bocca burgers, steamed broccoli, 2 clementines
    snack: 1 oz beef jerky, 1 oz macadamia nuts
    snack: 1 oz macadamia nuts, apple
    late dinner: 4 oz talapia, 3 bites or so of a sweet potato

    Breakfast: 2 eggs 1 turkey sausage patty, apple
    lunch: homemade turkey soup
    Snack: hard boiled egg
    Dinner: salmon, asparagus
    Snack: left over choc mousse from last night, I could not let it go to waste

    dinner – scrambled eggs, veggies, potato, avocado


    bf – naked smoothie green machine

    snack – mixed fruit and various nuts

    lunch – chicken salad with mushrooms, carrots, tomato, cucumber, balsamic and oil

    dinner – scrambled eggs, veggies, potato, avocado

    (thanks to my husband for helping me resist the carrot cake)

    L: corn beef and cabbage w squash (don.t think it was cookef paleo tho cuz my tummy rejected it hardcore) and then a loaded salad

    D: fruit bowl ..everything from melon to grapes to kiwi to apples, beef jerkey, and a few almonds

    S: turkey salad

    Water all day
