    L: Veggie and ham omelet.. slice of pork and carrots

    D: Beef and broccoli, chicken and squash, and turkey side salad.

    water all day

    Dinner: Not feeling well after my run, just had some grapefruit juice

    dinner: big salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, chicken, walnuts, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower. homeade cranberry vinagerette dressing.

    dessert: paleo coconut ice cream

    dinner: big salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, chicken, walnuts, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower. homemade cranberry vinaigrette dressing. lots of meatballs (instead of the spaghetti that everyone else was eating.

    dessert: paleo coconut ice cream

    snack: mixed nuts and juice drink
    lunch: sliced turkey and ham, fruit, and some sausages
    dinner: steak with steamed veggies and some wine
    coffee
