dinner: big salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, chicken, walnuts, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower. homeade cranberry vinagerette dressing.
dessert: paleo coconut ice cream

D:Pecan chix, asparagus, sweet potatoe
S:lowfaat, sugar free choc mousse parfait
2 glasses of wine
egg whites, tomato, and avocado, coffee
almonds, sliced turkey, fruit
ahi tuna, side salad, red wine
coffee with fixins
leftover chicken, cheese soup, and sweet potato fries
paleo tacos- romaine lettuce, lean ground beef, salsa, avocado, bell pepper, mushrooms, and tomato
bobby: lunch did not have the cheese soup. 🙂
breakfast: three eggs and some turkey bacon. protein shake
snack: mixed nuts and juice drink
lunch: sliced turkey and ham, fruit, and some sausages
dinner: steak with steamed veggies and some wine
b – leftover pizza
l – buffalo wild wings 1/2 queso chicken wrap with chips and salsa
d – the other half, walnuts, fruit
