    S: 1/2 protein bar; Water/protein powder

    L: Fasted..but had a handful of non paleo trail mix

    D: wendy’s blt chicken salad…no dressing

    S: Handful of almonds

    Water all day

    Lunch:
    chicken

    Snack:
    popcorn

    Dinner:
    taco soup

    fruit salad with berries and walnuts and two boiled eggs

    omelet with mushroom, bacon, spinach and green onions
    with side salad

    dinner
    vietnamese shrimp and veggies, 2 glasses white wine

    snacks
    raisins and brazil nuts, coconut flour brownies, the last little almond muffin

    Dinner – VI club Salad

    Pre-workout: protein shake

    post workout: larabar and banana

    lunch: fasted except some raw brocolli

    dinner: salad with chicken, onion, tomatoes, black olives, cucumber and bacon. 2 glasses of white wine

    late night snack: trailmix

    post workout: 3 eggs poached with canadian bacon and fruit
    lunch: grilled chicken salad and some nut mix
    protein shake
    dinner: blackened tilapia with steamed veggies

    also had some vodka water limes and some grey goose sours…
