L: Chicken breast and lima beans. Scrambled eggs w chicken and squash. Side salad lett/spin tom cuc banana peppers jalapenos turkey and pepper
D: ooooo dinner started off well..didn’t end well. turkey and carrots w scrambled eggs. side salad w lett/spin tom and banana/jalapenos peppers turkey bacon bits.
thenn…i decided to get shrimp (it was sweet and sour 😦 and then a granola/chocolate chips w a scoop of brownie pudding.
fridays don’t like me.
oh yes and how could i forget…a huge piece of cheesecake. not worth it afterwards. you think i’d start to see a pattern
Breakfast: Blueberry/Strawberry/Peaches/Banana Salad
Snack: Snow Peas
Lunch: Chicken, green peppers, onion fajita. Did have a scoop of rice too.
Dinner: Salad and lots of fruit

ahi tuna salad, red wine
breakfast: two eggs, and some turkey bacon. Protein shake
snack: coffee, walnuts, macadamias , apple
lunch: sliced turkey, carrots
dinner: Dozen buffalo wings, and a salad
A handful of Vodka Mt. Dews
Benny’s Pizza (forget about it)
While at Jumer’s Casino:

Suffice to say Friday was not a very good day for me!

snacks: lots of nuts. paleo coconut flour muffins
dinner: left over pork roast and brussel sprouts and asparagus. a few grapes
coffee with fixins
lunch – ham, eggs with onions, mushrooms, bell peppers
snack – blueberries, blackberries, strawberries
steak, clams, side salad with tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette
B:yougart, blueberries, rasberries
L: BBQ chix salad
D: Salmon, asparagus,
mand vodka and tonic (I think)

l – taco bell – three soft shell steak fresco tacos poured out and made into a salad
snack – apple, walnuts
d – Panera salad, chicken, egg, romaine, tomato, (called the “cobb”) with no cheese
snack – beef jerky and walnuts
