    -few bites of vanilla ice cream made with coconut milk…it is really good!

    snack: apple and a coffee
    lunch: pecan crusted salmon and mashed cauliflower with carrots
    snack: naked protein shake and some dried veggies
    post workout protein shake
    dinner: paleo chili

    Still not feeling great. No appetite

    breakfast: boiled egg, boiled egg white, 2 turkey bacon, banana, few walnuts
    snack: clementine, apple, beef jerky
    lunch: turkey burger with t. bacon, 3 baby dill pickles 2 clementines
    snack: few almonds
    dinner: harris pizza, mocha lite frapp.
    desert: reduces calorie triple berry coffee cake

    S: Banana

    L: Ham and egg salad w/ lett/spin, tom, cuc, green red bell pepper, bacon bits, and carrots.

    D: Fruit bowl (banana, melon, grapes, pineapple) and chicken (not in paleo sauce but it was all they had at pregame)

    cheat: licorice bits

    Water all day

    BF: 3 eggs with avacado. blue naked juice (still can’t kick this habit)

    lunch: big salad: spinach, carrot, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds, tomatos, onion, vinager and oil.

    snack: larabar

    dinner: green peppers stuffed with ground turkey, tomatos, onion and garlic. grapes.
