    Handful of Vodkas

    Dinner:
    Large Combination from El Mariachi

    Good workout in the morning and a better day tomorrow!

    tailgating snacks at work…yummy, but not healthy 🙂

    Breakfast: paleo pancakes w/ blueberries
    Lunch: cobb salad ( lettuce, chix, eggs, bacon)
    Dinner: pork chop, salad with oil and vinegar
    Snack: grapes

    lunch: lunch chicken fajitas, just ate the veggies and chicken
    post workout protein shake
    dinner: dry rub full rack of ribs with broccoli

    B:Banana, almonds, coffee w/ cream, fruit bowl (melons, grapes etc.)

    L: Big turkey salad (lett/greens, tom, cuc, egg/bacon bits, green pepper, pepper. 2 scrambled eggs w/ turkey and bell pepper

    D: Pot roast, side salad (tom, lettuce/spin, red pepper, cuc, bacon bits, pepper/oil. 2 scramled eggs w/ turkey, squash and bell pepper

    S: Fruit bowl

    Pre-workout: Protein shake

    Post Workout/Breakfast: 2 apples with almond butter

    lunch: salad with tomatoes, pecans, chicken, salami. Tomato soup

    dinner: 2 big shrimp coated in coconut, tilapia with veggies. 2 small buns. Celebrated my new job with a margarita and 2 scoops of whitey’s.

    Today was a good day: two workouts, one new job and whitey’s. It made me so happy.

    All I’m going to say about the paleo diet today is……..I attached 100lbs of C4 to it and blew it up…. then I attached an A-bomb just to make sure I completely blew it disintegrated it!!

    Breakfast –  (Superbowl Party at work) stuck to the vegies, and fruits but did have a small donut hole.
     
    Lunch – Hy-Vee Salad Bar
     
    Dinner – Pot roast, vegis, and an Apple

    lunch: Napalito ensalada, tender young cactus, cilantro vinaigrette,and citrus vinaigrette.
    Boston lettuce salad with ruby red grapefruit and matchstick jicama, and tamale

    dinner: cheat meal Pizza….I am posting this Saturday @almost 10 AM about 14 hours later and I still feel like crap. My stomach is angry. ug…..

      lunch: salad with pecans, cranberries, chicken, mixed greens, oil/vinegar

      dinner: turkey breast, mixed veggies (cherry tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower), macaroni and cheese mixed in with mushrooms, tomatoes, parmasean cheese.

    D: Salmon, broccoli, mashed cauliflower, 2 pot stickers (Went to dinner at Ruby Tuesday)

    I’m all messed up on my days, what’s going on? It’s just confusing because the title will say one date and the subtitle says another.
