    S: fruit bowl- grapes, melon, pineapple

    L: chicken, broccoli, squash, side salad w lett/spin. tom. cuc. red/green peppers, egg/ham and oil/pepper

    D: Slice of pork shoulder, salad w chicken, and 2 scrambled eggs w chicken and bell pepper

    S: Handful of dark chocolate m&ms

    lunch: beef jerky and a fruit drink
    snack: carrots and an apple
    dinner: blackened chicken salad with onions, green peppers, carrots, olives, and some hot sauce with a little italian dressing

    I am interviewing this weekend and am at the mercy of whatever food I am provided. I am trying my best though. I have no car or store access so picking out snacks is not possible.

    Bf- larabar and coffee

    lunch-chicken stir fry with tons of veggies garlic oil and lemon sauce

    dinner- veggie pizza.

    After the pizza I feel gross, full of salt, and slovenly. Can’t wait to be back in a normal diet.

    lunch: chicken breast, mixed greens salad, tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette

    dinner: romaine, Kalamata olive, roasted tomato, red onion, feta, pepperoncini, tossed in
    cilantro-lime vinaigrette.

    Ok, something funny happened at lunch. The official conference started today. Earlier this week was just training. Lunch is provided today and tomorrow. The guy announcing plans said they have food for those doing Paleo. Cracked me up. Didn’t know if he was joking or not. Sure enough, he wasn’t. So instead of picking through the food I could eat I swung away. They have also served great fruit all day and had Paleo food at lunch. It was delicious.

    lunch: spinach with carrot, walnut, cucumber, raisins, and lime. cup of roasted tomato soup. 1 clementine

    snack: 1 clementine and almonds

    dinner: salad with chicken, black olives, artichoke hearts, onion and tomato.

    Late Lunch: Shrimp, okra, banana dipped in flaxseeds
    Dinner: Shrimp, avocado, brussel sprouts, unsweetened applesauce

    On bit of a shrimp kick.
