    breakfast: 2 eggs, turkey bacon,cantaloupe
    snack: apple
    lunch: chicken breast, california medley
    snack: almonds, cantaloupe, pineapple
    dinner: chips and salsa and chicken quesadilla that

    Was not very good and i only went out to eat to see my Grandparents who have no idea (and neither does my mother) what i am eating and not eating right now. I am figuring out where and how i got my eating habits from and right now i feel like CRAP, physically and mentally from the crap that i just put in my body that wasn’t even that good and got to hear about all of my Grandfathers ailments (sp) of the week!
    Sorry, had to vent, I feel better. 🙂

    Breakfast – FASTED
     
    Lunch – 3 eggs & 3 slices of bacon  

    Dinner – Rotissery Chicken strawberries and cashews

    breakfast: two eggs and turkey bacon with a protein shake. Coffee on the way to work
    snack: two slices of ham, carrots, and an apple and some apple sauce
    lunch: chicken spaetzle soup with a salad with mandarins, dried cranberries, chicken, and some rasberry vinegarette. Green Machine naked shake
    snack: apple
    post workout protein shake
    dinner: french onion soup just the broth and onion, grilled chicken breast (buffalo style) and some apple sauce

    Lunch: salad w/ salmon, oranges, almonds, oil and vinegar
    Snake: nut mix
    Dinner: white chicken chili (homemade)

    I don’t understand why beans are not on the list?

    L: Naked fajita (lett. chicken, tom. jalapenos, lil salsa) small salad (spin. tom. cuc. chicken (fried oops), and egg, pepper)

    annnnd a few fries and 1/2 grilled cheese. couldn’t help it..its my fav.

    S: protein bar. i know these aren’t good for you, but i was starving and it was better than a pb and j sandwich on the bus.

    D: fasted

    S: almonds, apple, banana.

    Breakfast: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
    Post WOD: Kiwi and 1/2 Red Pepper
    Lunch: Shrimp, brussell sprouts, red pepper
    Snack: Flaxseed bread (flaxseed, eggs, applesauce, h2o, coconut oil)
    Dinner: Hard Boiled Egg, 1/2 Orange Pepper, Apple and cashew butter

    shrimp spinach salad with cut almonds

    paleo kit

    dinner is killing me being at my friends place and they cook every night so I don’t want to be rude…..So i had a chicken pot pie mix, salad w/ balsamic vinegar, and grapes.

    Lots of wine!

    Terrible cheat day for me today. I justify it to myself by realizing that because I was going to Iowa City for the Illini game I was going to cheat anyway, so I might as well fit it all into one day!

    Breakfast:
    Post WOD protien shake
    2 doughnuts provided by MHS

    Lunch:
    Hy-Vee salad bar (this wasn’t actually that bad…everything was good except the little ranch dressing I put on my salad
    Whitey’s ice-cream

    Dinner:
    12 naked chicken wings
    Club wrap
    Several Vodka & Squirt drinks

    Post Dinner:
    An Illini victory over the hated Sqawks!

    BF: 3 eggs with homemade salsa. 4 oz Green Naked

    lunch: salad (spinach, cucumber, tomato, walnuts, carrot, lime and lemon) 2 clementines.

    snack: lara bar and some almonds

    dinner: hamburger patty with lettuce, avacado, tomato, onion. 1/2 acorn squash.

    fajitas…i know not good, but spend the afternoon in the ER with my 4 year old, so i made myself feel better by having 1 tortilla
