    I was BAD today! 😦 Sorry, couldn’t help it.
    Breakfast: Ham, bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns and 1/4 of multigrain banana walnut pancakes with syrup. coffee (black)
    Lunch: mocha lite frappachino
    dinner: Roast, white potatos, carrots and gravy

    1 orange
    Handful of almonds

    Dinner:
    Roast that was slow-cooked in the crock-pot all day

    ya….this weekend wasn’t the best for me at all.

    B: slept through

    L: Veggie and ham omelet, small piece of chicken, veggies and humus, apple, banana, small cup of coffee w/ cream

    Post-wod: banana

    D: taco salad (chicken, lettuce, tom, jalapenos, bacon, little bit of salsa), fruit bowl (melon, pineapple, grapes)

    PIZZA OK OK OK i’ll admit it. awful weekend for paleo but i’m hitting it strong tomorrow.

    OK HAD A ROUGH WEEKEND! IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY AND I’M LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING BACK INTO MY ROUTINE

    BREAKFAST
    SHAKE AS USUAL

    LUNCH
    FOOTLONG SUBWAY WITH 2 COOKIES (OUCH)

    STARBUCKS
    LATTE WITH SUGAR FREE CINNAMON

    DINNER
    SOUP AND A LOT OF PALEO UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

    BF: 2 eggs, green peppers, onions and potatos fried up together. Orange juice

    Snack: two handfuls of trail mix

    Dinner: Roasted Tomato and Pepper soup (so good- And paleo, ask for the recipe if you are interested). hamburger patty covered in onions, tomatoes and avacado, wrapped in lettuce. small glass of apple cider.

    Out of town = terrible
    B: piece of sausage, a biscuit with gravy, piece of whole grain toast, banana
    L: asian cuisine at the food court…beef and broccoli, didn’t eat the rice, but sauce couldn’t be good
    L cont: half a whole grain wrap with chicken
    D: Turkey sausage with peppers and onions along with corn and peas and salsa on top 🙂
    Snacks: nuts (almonds, cashews bad!, raisins), jerkey
