    beef jerky and an apple

    Snack:
    orange

    Dinner:
    Paleo Chili

    Drank water all day

    Lunch:
    Dinner: 3 coors light(yum, yum)) salad, oil and vinegar, cheese burger, ketchup, no bun. ( all tasted very good)

    ahi tuna with veggies, salad, bacardi and water

    L: 2 sausage patties, eggs w/ ham, small salad (lett. tom. cuc. jalapenos, carrots, pepper. a banana. coffee w/ cream

    D: salad w/ turkey, tom, lettuce, jalapenos, carrots, onions, banana peppers, peppers

    Cheat (worst one BY FAR): Peanut butter m&m’s, animal cracks w/ cool whip, and a little bit of ice cream…and it was worth every bite. trying not to condemn myself cuz its the first major cheat i’ve had. 😉

    Ok….this was one of the worst days I have had in awhile. I spent the morning puking my brains out and then could barely eat anything all day.

    Had some chicken noodle soup and crackers a few times but thats it.

    Terrible day for the ol’ paleo! Back at it tomorrow!

    Breakfast:
    Protein Smoothie (ice, water, frozen strawberries, 1 banana, strawberry protein poweder)

    Lunch:
    Chicken wings and Coors light while I watched the Illini pull off a last second victory over Indiana!

    Dinner:
    Pizza

    I know, I know…I kinda went overboard, but I’ll start being a good boy tomorrow again!

    12 wings, side salad, celery, watched Marquette beat Uconn

    Steak kabob & veggies

    Breakfast
    2 boiled eggs, fruit salad with walnuts

    Lunch
    big tossed salad with cold turkey breast

    Dinner
    grilled salmon with asparagus and steamed veggies, prince island mussels as starter and 2 glasses white wine

    snacks
    larabar, mixed nuts, dried fruit

    B – three eggs, turkey bacon, and fruit
    L – zucchini/sqash/onion sautee, green peppers with guacamole, fruit, protein shake
    Snack – walnuts
    Dinner – a whole bunch of terrible things (cheat). I had trivia night, so everything was laid out in front of me. I had some carrots, cauliflower, tomatoes, celery with some ranch dip and guacamole. Chips/salsa, pepperoni pinwheels things, more chips and salsa, a handful of puppy chow (yum), and 4 vodka/sprites. I know – it’s bad, but it’s my cheat!

    After work fun: 6-8 coors lights

    I was a little busy all day and flustered because I went to buy a new pair of Jeans and i was able to buy them at the “regular people store”!! It was a big day for me and I owe most of it too Josiah, Brandon and all of my great 6a.m. support! I could not and most likely would not do it if it weren’t for all of you!!

      oh yeah on my way home from the bar, i stopped and got a hot ham and cheese and fries from Hardee’s, no soda though! it was sooo good, but today i am wondering how i ever ate that crap for lunch or dinner!

    Breakfast: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs

    Snack: Trail mix and Nectarine

    Lunch: Steak and sweet potatoes

    Dinner: Hard Boiled egg, apple, carrots

    Breakfast- 4 egg whites and turkey bacon and mixed veggies and some fruit

    Lunch- Spinach salad and sea bass

    Dinner- steak and veggies

    Snack- fruit

    bf: 3 eggs with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, brocolli, avacado.

    snacks: a few pretzels with dip, a few chips and dip, popcorn

    lunch: cup of chicken soup

    dinner: zucchini noodles (basically julienned zuchinni), stir-fried brocolli, tomotoes, onions, mushrooms and pesto.

    wine and then some more wine.

    snack: post workout naked protein shake
    brunch: two poached eggs, ham, and a coffee
    snack: few pieces of turkey bacon
    dinner: ahi tuna with steamed veggies and a glass of wine (riesling)

    dinner: leftovers and ben and jerry’s… oh but it was wonderful

    This was the killer:
    B: paleo pancakes with blueberries and sugar free syrup, eggs
    Snack: Skinny vanilla latte
    Lunch: asian cuisine – chicken, broccoli, snap peas, carrots, onions (sauce was bad)
    Dinner: Pizza (lots of it) and had some fudge for dessert
    Snacks: nuts and jerkey
