I need to learn how to stop eating when i am no longer hungry..instead of eating till im full!!
Late night snack: almonds and an apple
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 3 turkey bacon strips, grapefruit
Snack: Apple, clementine, banana
Lunch: 4 oz. chicken, 12 baby carrots
Dinner: Tomato, 4 oz chicken, 2 turkey bacon strips pecan pieces, oil and vinegar (kind of a salad)
Snack: Small green apple, lara bar.

I was gone hunting trying to kill Josiah and Brandon a doe so I had to have paleo kits……fyi…I was successful! They will now be getting a big juicy doe to satisfy all their paleo needs!!!

Wasn’t too hungry after my strength WOD tonight so had a protein shake and then “fasted” the rest of the time.
BF: 2 eggs with salsa and avacado. earl grey and water.
lunch: salad with spinach, cucumber, tomato, ham, green onion, peppers and lime. 1 banana
snack: apple. post workout I had some almonds
dinner: white fish breaded with crushed almonds, parsley, garlic, pepper and lemon. 1/2 butternut squash. green grapes

Huge spinach salad from Arthur’s w/ cucumbers, olives, cauliflower(sp?), broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, tomatoes, onions, green pepper, banana peppers, sunflower seeds, olive oil. Seriously, HUGE.
