snack: larabar, cherry pie, very yummy! 2 clementines, few almonds.

dinner: port tenderloin, sauted onions, mushrooms and tomatoes, green grapes.
Lunch: Salad with crilled Chicken – Boiled Egg, Egg white only – cherry tomoatoes smashed for salad flavor – carrots – cuccumbers
Dinner: 15 Shrimp sauteed in olive oil and garlic – Broccoli and Cauliflower
Dessert: Brownie lol
