    Breakfast:
    1 Orange
    1 Banana

    Lunch:
    Paleo Kit
    1/2 Cucumber
    1 Apple

    Dinner:
    Protein Shake
    Handful of Almonds
    1 Banana

    L: Pollock, cabbage w/ a little bacon, green beans, small salad (spinach, cuc, tom, egg, little bacon, red pepper oil/pepper) tangerine

    S: banana

    D: slice of pork roast, green beans, carrots, cauliflower, side salad w lettuce, chicken, tom, jalapenos, egg, red peppers, pepper.

    water all day

    breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, 3 slices of turkey bacon, grapefruit

    snack: canteloupe, clementine, few bites of green apple

    lunch: talapia, fried green beans

    dinner:subway salad, lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives, chicken, (turkey bacon, pecan pieces, i brought form home)oil and vinegar, apple, handful of pistacios

    snack: larabar, cherry pie, very yummy! 2 clementines, few almonds.

    B – grapes/pineapple, 1 hard boiled egg
    L – 2 hard boiled eggs, slice of proscuitto and multiple slices of turkey breast, handful of walnuts
    Snack – handful of walnuts and apple
    D – steak/shrimp shish kabobs with onion, green pepper, and tomatoe
    A Pickle!!!

    Lunch: Cooked cauliflower and pork with seasoning (mrs. dash)

    Dinner: Fish and shrimp with broccoli

    lunch: big salad (spinach, lettuce, a little chicken, tomatos, cucumbers, peppers, homemade dill vinagerette. 2 clementines

    Snack: mixed nuts (spiced)

    dinner: port tenderloin, sauted onions, mushrooms and tomatoes, green grapes.

    Dinner: 15 Shrimp sauteed in olive oil and garlic – Broccoli and Cauliflower
