    Wheat thins…whoopsie!

    Dinner:
    filet mignon with onion and green peppers, green beans

    Snack:
    trail mix

    drank water all day

    L – ground turkey, salsa, wrapped in lettuce
    Snack – apple, handful of walnuts
    D – porkchop and salad

    2) paleo pancakes

    3) lots of snacking at josiahs!! About a 1/2lb of deer burger in lettuce wraps, lots of roasted raw almonds, dried bananas, apricot, carrots….u name it I ate it!

    Dinner:
    homemade paleo kit
    banana

    Post run meal @ the lodge
    a monster omelette

    bacon
    ham
    tomato
    peppers
    and salsa
    and also some melon

    Snack
    almond butter
    apple
    honey

    Dinner
    spaghitti squash
    tomato sauce
    ground turkey

    Dessert
    walnuts
    honey
    almond butter
    cinnimon
    vanilla
    and carob chips

    I’ve gotten really creative and found some ways to deal with my chocolate cravings. Mostly getting carob chips and almond butter and honey… Just gotta watch how much I have!

    Dinner: cheat christmas party. Learned my lesson, I had a stomach ache all the thru Sun.
    Sun:
    Breakfast: water
    Lunch: water
    Dinner: pineapple
    Still not feeling well.

    Lunch: steak
    Dinner: pinapple chicken, pot roast

    Breakfast: two hardboiled eggs and some turkey bacon.
    Snack: protein shake and a lara bar
    Lunch: coffee, two hard boiled eggs, and some pecans
    Dinner: macadamia crusted chicken with some broccoli and a half scoop protein shake.

    Wow! Today was a tough one, and it won!
    Bfast: 6oz steak, 2eggs strawberries& bananas
    Snack: cashews, mocha lite frappachino
    Lunch: lara bar, green apple
    Snack: sausage, cheese and crackers
    Dinner: happy joes
    Yeah, bad day! I know! Back to the strict life tomorrow! 😉

    L: omelet w/ peppers, onions, spinach, sausage, and a little salsa), one small slice of roast beef, and a small side salad (tom, lettuce, cuc, and cute up pork chop w pepper)

    Pre-wod: apple

    D: Subway grilled chicken salad, lettuce, tomatoes, cuc, jalepenos, oil/pepper, green peppers

    S: Turkey salad (lett, tom, banana peppers, jalapenos, onions, pepper, and an apple

    Water all day.
