I’ve gotten really creative and found some ways to deal with my chocolate cravings. Mostly getting carob chips and almond butter and honey… Just gotta watch how much I have!

Dinner: cheat christmas party. Learned my lesson, I had a stomach ache all the thru Sun.
Still not feeling well.
Breakfast: smoothie(strawberries, OJ, 1 egg)
Dinner: pinapple chicken, pot roast
Breakfast: two hardboiled eggs and some turkey bacon.
Snack: protein shake and a lara bar
Lunch: coffee, two hard boiled eggs, and some pecans
Dinner: macadamia crusted chicken with some broccoli and a half scoop protein shake.
Wow! Today was a tough one, and it won!
Bfast: 6oz steak, 2eggs strawberries& bananas
Snack: cashews, mocha lite frappachino
Lunch: lara bar, green apple
Snack: sausage, cheese and crackers
Dinner: happy joes
Yeah, bad day! I know! Back to the strict life tomorrow! 😉

Dinner: Ground Turkey Burger with green and red peppers minced thin – and grilled on the grill…put cheese on it – Ate celery with fat free ranch
Drinks: 2 Cpt and Diets later – Water
