    l: 1 orange pepper, 1 cucumber, 1/2 lara bar (forgot my chicken at home… bahh protein)
    d: 4 egg white omelet with a medley of delicious vegetables hacked up and mixed in, some walnuts

    really bad chocolate cravings… tried to hold them off so i tried the almond butter for the first time… it was really good, more so than I expected… ummm

    Breakfast: 4 egg and spinach

    Post WOD: Shake – Max Pro, strawberries, blueberries, water

    Lunch: Squash, chicken, onions, spinach

    Snack: Trail mix

    Dinner: Sweet Potato and unsweetened apple sauce

    Couldn’t remeber if sweet potatoes were good or not….Some say yes and others say no…but what did we say?

    Pre work-out: Apple
    Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 cuties
    Lunch: Cucumbers, grapes
    Dinner: Spinach salad w/ mandarin oranges, sliced almonds, shrimp, olive oil and vinger

    sleep: ~10 hrs (woo “snow day”)

    bf: egg hash with veggies (mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, avocado) and cup of coffee with fixins

    lunch: paleo chicken veggie soup YUMMY! chicken breast, swiss chard, bok choy, grape tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, onion, celery, carrots, fresh rosemary, olive oil and coconut oil

    snack post wod: some paleo protein smoothie and hazelnuts

    dinner: taco “salad” with ground turkey, mushrooms, bell pepper, poblano pepper, garlic, avocado and salsa on a crunchy lettuce leaf YUMMY!

    snack: slices of orange and hazelnuts

    B: 3 scrambled eggs w/ spinach, ham, tom, jalapenos, and salsa (whoops, read the crossfit convo, gonna have to cut that out.)

    S: Mango tea w/ honey

    L: Naked fajita w/ chicken, green/red bell peppers, salsa :(, lettuce, and jalapenos.

    I dont know WHY but I used a cheat after and had half a grilled cheese sandwhich dipped in tomato soup and a few fries. (this use to be my favorite meal) I wasn’t even hungry and it was a gay cheat.

    S: 5 small chicken fingers. There was a little breading on it but i tried to scrape it off. w/ a little honey

    Fasted dinner

    Post wod: Banana

    Felt like an AWFUL paleo today. shoot for a good nights rest tonight and looking stronger tomorrow.

    Lunch:
    1 Avacado
    Sliced Turkey
    1/2 Cucumber

    Snack:
    Mixed Nuts (Walnuts, Almonds, Pecans)

    Dinner:
    Quasi Paleo Soup
    -Ground Beef
    -Peas
    -Carrots
    -Onions
    -GP
    -Diced Tomato
    -Organic Beef Broth <—has some sodium in it, but not a lot

    b-fast: steak and 2 eggs over easy, grapefruit
    snack: apple clementine, few almonds
    lunch: 4 oz. chicken breast, 4 baby carrots, clementine
    snack: pineapple, almonds
    dinner: pork chop, fried green beans, sweet potato fries.

    snack: Larabar, peanut butter cookie flavor, oops-had peanuts. 😦 I will have to check the ingrediants next time.

    huge spinach salad w/ onion Gpepper & diced pork chop
    Snack:
    Post-workout naked protein shake
    Dinner:
    Cheated with hawaiian pizza. Good while it was going down, but have felt guilty ever since. Not worth it.

    BF: 3 eggs with homemade -unsalted – salsa
    lunch: Mix salad with spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrot, unsalted sunflower seeds. A few almonds and 1 clementine
    snack: apple with almond butter. a few hazelnuts.
    dinner: lots of whitefish with lemon, pepper and tomatos. Sauted asparagus with lemon.

    Lunch: Leafy and iceberg salad with cherry tomatoes, carrots, celery, boiled egg, and like 2 tsp of fat free italian

    Dinner: Steak small filet grilled – no seasoning…carrots applesauce

    Snacks: Oarnge and Bananas

    lunch: los agaves grilled chicken sald with onion and green peppers and some cheese…..forgot to say without.
    snack: apple and a naked shake
    post workout protein shake
    Dinner: keesh with some paleo banana bread.
