    B: 1 Whole egg 2 egg whites, 1/2 c. broc, 1/4 c mushrooms scrambled, 1/2 blueberries
    Lunch/Snack: Nut mix, pear, 5 chips (baked) w/guc, 1 cutie
    Dinner: Grilled asparagus and summer squash, Beef tenderloin, 2 1/2 glasses red wine
    Had company in from out town. Was hard to be good.

    The vikings won though. I made it thru the game with only the chips and guc. while everyone else was having much more.

    L-2 hard boiled eggs, almonds, cantelope/honeydew melon/pineapple/grapes
    D-Happy Joes Pizza – Taco

    I had to have one serious cheat meal to get me through to the next week. Won’t happen again…

    CHEAT: sugar free vanilla chai with skim (tall from sbucks)

    L: fasted

    S: grapes

    D: turkey spinach/lettuce salad w tom, jalapenos, cucumbers, sprouts, oregano, oil, and pepper

    Breakfast: shake(srtawberries, 1 egg, OJ)
    Lunch:chicken, shrimp, sweet potatoe fries
    Dinner: steak, salad

    Oh man I definitely had my cheat afternoon/night today!

    Breakfast
    Shake “The Usual”

    Lunch
    Los Agaves Grilled chicken salad with veggies no cheese obviously and salsa for dressing

    Snack/Dinner
    Banana Pancakes, Apple with Almond Butter, Rotisary chicken “With the nasty skin” Veggies, some tortilla chips with salsa,

    That was my cheat for the week. Not bad overall

    L: chicken fajitas no shells

    Cheated with a ice cream cone from country style (honestly wasn’t worth it) wifes fault!

    D: chicken salad from subway (lots of veggies)

    S: apple, almond butter

    Breakfast:
    1 banana

    Lunch:
    Salad with chicken, green and red peppers, onion, and ranch (dipped my fork and then into the salad)

    Dinner:
    leftover salad from lunch

    Snack:
    1 Apple

    KILLER headache today and extremely upset stomach, I am hoping the workout tomorrow will rid me of these silly pains! 😦

    D- black and white sesame tuna with veggies and side salad, wine
    berries with whipped cream(cheat)

    am snack: 3 strawberries, few chunks of cantaloupe
    breakfast: VI steak and eggs(6 oz sirloin, scrambled eggs) sliced strawberries and bananas
    FYI: VI is very good about subbing fruit for hash browns or pancakes, today i subbed both for fruit.
    Lunch: 2 lettuce BLT wraps, grapefruit, cutie
    Dinner: ground beef with turkey bacon (2) on a bed of lettuce and tomato, steamed carrots

    1) 2 whole, 6 egg whites, apple

    2) Paleo kit

    3) 8oz of ground venison, veggies

    4) paleo pancake, 3 egg whites, 1 whole

    5) 8 oz ground venison, salad w/ walnuts crushed on top and a little olive oil

    6) 9 pm I ate a couple shrimp off my buddies plate…..just couldn’t look at it anymore!

    1 apple, 1 clementine, palm of almonds

    Lunch:
    1 pork chop, 1 5oz steak, green beans

    Dinner:
    Turkey & gravy, fruit, & corn

    BF: Paleo Banana bread (pancake?) and apple juice
    post yoga snack: carrots and almond butter and a few hazelnuts
    dinner: pork tenerloin. roasted brussel sprouts and asparagus. 1/2 bottle of red wine.

    Breakfast – Um… Nothing 

    Lunch – Grilled Chicken Salad alot of vegies 

    Dinner –  Vegies and shrimp.

    Weekends are tough for me with eatting. Will have to pick it up next weekend.

    1 orange
    1 apple
    grapes

    Lunch:
    handful of almonds
    proks chops sautee’d in some coconut oil with green peppers, onions, and 1 tomato (delicious!)

    Dinner:
    leftovers from lunch
    celery
    “NAKED” protein drink

    Snack:
    1 single Snickers bar <—its so good when it hits your lips!

    Oh yeah Yesterday I had A Vegas Bomb shot too…party on.

    So back to Paleo today

    Lunch: Vegetables left over, celery and carrots with like 5 slices of meat from the left over sub

    Dinner: Salmon with alittle olive oil and salad and sugar free fat free applesauce

    Breakfast: 2 eggs 2 egg white omelet with ham, yellow pepper, tomato, spinach and a banana

    Snack: CHEAT bacon, egg, and cheese croissant from Hardeez (my mom brought tons to my house, terrible)

    Lunch: Mongolian Grill – chicken, shrimp, brocolli, snap peas, carrots, pineapple, mushrooms (phenominal! no rice or noodles…had a fortune cookie to end it)

    Snack: Paleo Cookie

    Snack: CHEAT Angel food cake with strawberries

    Dinner: Beef stew with carrots, celery and onion

    Snack: Paleo banana bread

    The birthday festivities are done, no more excuses!
    Going to Chicago for a company meeting starting Friday. Gonna be tough…great food awaiting. I will manage to keep things under control, but may have a few cheats 😉

    breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with turkey and some canteloupe and a coffee
    snack: apple and some almonds
    lunch: couple slices of turkey and an apple
    dinner: tilapia with crushed macadamia nut and pecans with steamed veggies.
    snack: handful of almonds (dessert..coffee)
